Job Developer

The Job Developer works with the Project SEARCH team to support interns with disabilities in identifying career interests and securing competitive, integrated employment. This role involves building relationships with community employers, developing individualized employment plans, and providing job preparation, placement, and ongoing coaching. The position requires advocating for interns, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring their health and safety throughout the employment process.
