Job Purpose

This role involves assisting an individual with brain injury and intellectual disabilities in achieving an independent and dignified life by serving as an advocate and liaison for their rights and benefits. The position requires providing supervision, training, and assistance with daily living activities, including self-care, social skills, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will help the individual with tasks such as organizing mail, completing chores, meal preparation, and finding community activities.
