Job Purpose

This position involves assisting an 18-year-old male with brain injury and intellectual disabilities in achieving a more independent and dignified life through advocacy and daily support. The role focuses on helping the individual develop self-care, social, and community skills while fostering better relationships and community involvement. Staff will provide supervision and training in activities of daily living, including domestic and recreational skills, in a per diem capacity.
