About this role

The Clinical Operations Lead and Senior Clinical Operations Lead roles sit within the Clinical Monitoring team and focus on operational oversight of clinical trial activities across sites, countries, and regions. These roles coordinate between CRAs, project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure studies are conducted in compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and local regulations. Senior incumbents additionally provide strategic leadership, manage other Leads, and may assume overall trial management for smaller studies.
