Joint Planning Analyst

The Joint Planning Analyst supports the National Guard Bureau J5-J by strengthening coordination across federal, state, and non-governmental partners to support National Guard missions. The role ensures relationships, information, and coordination mechanisms are in place to help leadership stay connected to external stakeholders and respond effectively during exercises, crises, and emerging mission requirements. This position involves maintaining continuity documentation, tracking partner engagement, and supporting interagency meetings and after-action reporting.
