Journal Manager

A Senior Journal Manager is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end operational process of journal publication, optimizing workflows to maximize customer satisfaction for authors and reviewers. The role involves building strong relationships with journal contacts, troubleshooting publication-related problems, and ensuring journals operate efficiently in line with Journal Operations strategy. The position also includes supporting the broader Journal Management team through knowledge sharing and advanced workflow optimization.
