Journal Operations Coordinator

The Journal Operations Coordinator supports the administration of operational activities at scale across the Research publishing business, including process and workflow change updates, editorial data management, and operational change tracking. This role facilitates centralized efforts to maintain product-level data and drive workflow standardization while supporting both large-scale projects and business-as-usual operations. The position reports to a Senior Manager within the Publishing Operations team and requires collaboration across regional and team boundaries.
