Mayvin is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Journeyman Test & Evaluation Engineer with a focus on radiation detection to provide high-impact Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Support Directorate (SD) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division. In this role, you will apply rigorous nuclear engineering, data analysis, and systems engineering practices to evaluate CBRN—with a heavy emphasis on radiological and nuclear (rad/nuc)—detection systems. You will work within CBRN SD helping transition systems from initial design through developmental and operational testing to support major acquisition milestone decisions.
