Jr Materials Developer

The Junior Materials Developer supports the development of fabrics and trims for the Travis Mathew Women’s line, collaborating with Design, Development, and Sourcing teams to meet aesthetic, cost, and timeline targets. This role involves managing seasonal material developments, tracking submissions and approvals in the PLM system, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and sourcing strategies. The position requires maintaining vendor relationships, resolving manufacturing risks, and serving as a subject matter expert for specific material categories.
