The Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program offers a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in the skilled trades. Participants gain hands-on experience in multifamily maintenance, working alongside experienced professionals to learn essential building systems and maintenance processes. The program is designed for those currently enrolled in or recently completed a trade program, technical school, or certification track.
