Jr. Sous

The Jr. Sous position is an entry-level leadership development role for team members seeking to grow into a management position within Urban Plates. This role focuses on assisting the management team in delivering excellent food quality and presentation to guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The position involves receiving food orders, opening and closing the kitchen, expediting, and assembling take-out orders. Team members in this role are compensated with an hourly base rate plus tips for every hour worked.
