JRSS NOC Technician III

This role involves performing and training the team on network operations, including analyzing customer traffic across MPLS and JRSS infrastructure. The position requires executing real-time customer failovers to restore services during outages and maintaining maximum network availability through proactive monitoring and incident management. The technician will assess and resolve network incidents by leveraging expertise in routers, switches, routing protocols, and various network technologies.
