The Junior Compliance Administrator will support the Retirement Plan Compliance team by assisting with annual plan administration, compliance testing, government reporting, and various plan administration activities. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training and exposure to a range of qualified retirement plans, offering a foundation for long‑term growth in retirement plan compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist with annual retirement plan administration and compliance services
Prepare and support compliance testing including ADP/ACP and IRS Section testing
Prepare Form 5500 filings under senior guidance
