Junior Consultant Health@Work

The role involves supporting long‑term sick employees of Randstad and Tempo‑Team from week six, conducting absence and evaluation conversations, and creating tailored return‑to‑work plans while advising managers on suitable work options and ensuring compliance with Dutch legislation. You will act as the main contact for sick talent, coordinate with occupational health services, the UWV and other stakeholders, and contribute to sustainable reintegration.
