Junior Counselor

The Junior Counselor supervises and cares for campers in loco parentis, overseeing their daily needs and providing safe, fun entertainment and wholesome activities throughout the day and evening. This role involves running programming for a specified age group, ensuring the safety and emotional wellbeing of campers, and maintaining a positive, cooperative environment within the camp community. The position requires a strong leader who can work well with a team, handle pressure, and serve as a positive role model for youth in an outdoor setting.
