Junior Engineer II, SMT & THT

This role involves managing daily operations for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) assembly lines to ensure efficient production of automotive connector and audio products. The incumbent will optimize workflows, monitor production KPIs, implement standard operating procedures, and lead continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen. Reporting to the Manager of Production and Operations, the position requires coordinating with quality and engineering teams to address defects and support new product introductions.
