Junior Fuhrparkleitung (m/w/d)

As a Junior Fuhrparkleitung at roadsurfer, you will coordinate the lifecycle of camper vans, from preparation to return, while actively supporting your team in hands-on tasks. Your responsibilities include guiding and motivating team members, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also document vehicle issues and liaise with the HQ in Munich for further processing, as well as partner with external service providers for larger repairs. A background in car rental or tourism, alongside strong organizational and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
