Junior Generalist

This is a junior generalist role working directly alongside the founders of an early-stage consumer healthtech company based in Berlin. The position involves owning operational projects end-to-end, building processes and automations, and jumping across commercial, operations, product, and hiring work to resolve bottlenecks and drive growth. The team is intentionally small, offering significant scope and responsibility typically found at larger organizations.
