Junior Help Desk & System Administrator

This role combines day-to-day technical support with hands-on exposure to system administration, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments. The position offers an opportunity to grow and develop within the IT field while providing Tier 1–2 support to employees. It involves managing user accounts, maintaining workstations, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
