About this role

HyperHeat is hiring a Junior Materials Engineer/Ceramic Expert to support the development of an electric heater designed to replace fossil-fuel combustion for high-temperature industrial process heat. The role focuses on understanding and improving zirconia-based resistive heating elements and other ceramic components to increase reliability and performance. You’ll join a climate-tech startup team working on a renewable heat solution for energy-intensive industries.
