Junior Motion Designer

The Junior Motion Designer at Ruby Labs is responsible for localizing and resizing high-performing ad creatives across 35+ languages while ensuring visual quality and adherence to brand standards. This role involves producing platform-specific assets for various channels, conducting quality assurance checks, and collaborating with a global team of motion designers and Creative Producers to maintain an efficient creative pipeline. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, as well as a keen attention to detail in layout and typography.
