Junior Packer Operator

The Junior Packer Operator ensures assigned packing machines operate efficiently and maintain high quality standards by performing routine cleaning, minor troubleshooting, and regular quality checks. The role involves following brand change procedures, recording machine downtimes and wastes, and participating in EEHS and 5S3R activities to meet yearly KPIs. This position requires collaboration with supervision to deliver finished products on time while minimizing rejects and costs.
