The Junior Product Manager will lead Entain India's Enterprise Applications team focused on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with engineering, developers, and end‑users to shape and deliver platform capabilities. The role involves managing the product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories, conducting user research and UAT, and tracking product KPIs such as adoption and CSAT.
