Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager leads customer switchboard projects from order entry through closeout, owning the project's scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the primary customer contact. This role coordinates daily shop operations, including production scheduling, material readiness, and UL compliance, to ensure switchboards ship complete, correctly labeled, and on time. The position works closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, the shop floor, and Accounting to drive project success.
