Junior Recruiter

The Junior Recruiter supports the recruitment process for assigned positions across the organization by assisting with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processing. This role ensures a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruiting procedures while managing day-to-day recruiting activities from posting through start date. The position involves partnering with hiring managers, maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, and supporting HR leadership with offer logistics and compliance.
