Junior Service Manager

The Junior Service Manager role supports the delivery of Security Operations Centre services within a growing Cyber Security environment, focusing on service governance, operational performance, and customer engagement. This position involves building stakeholder relationships, producing service reports, and monitoring incidents to ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements. The role offers excellent exposure to customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives within the Aerospace, Defence and Security sector.
