Pontosense
The Junior Solutions Engineer serves as the technical bridge between the company's largest customers and their product, focusing on onboarding agencies, managing integrations, and providing day-to-day technical coordination. This role involves supporting key accounts, refining deployment processes, and relaying customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve future deployments. The position is based in Toronto or Waterloo with a hybrid work model and reports directly to the Solutions Lead.
