Junior Sous Chef

The Courtyard by Marriott, Exeter Sandy Park is seeking a passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef to join its kitchen team and play a key role in establishing food culture and standards. Working closely with the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will help lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure consistently high standards across the food offering. This role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional local produce and contribute to a 1 AA Rosette culinary operation.
