The Specifier at DIALOG is part of a practice-wide Specifications Team, supporting architectural and engineering projects through the full lifecycle of the specification process. The role focuses on integrating building science principles and sustainability considerations into project documentation. Working closely with senior specifiers and multidisciplinary project teams, the Specifier ensures specifications align with project goals, standards, and delivery models. The position offers strong mentorship, professional development, and involvement in diverse building projects that emphasize community wellbeing and environmental responsibility.
