Junior Underwriter

The Junior Underwriter supports both underwriting and brokerage functions within a specialty marine team, assisting with the evaluation, marketing, and servicing of commercial marine insurance accounts. This role involves partnering with agents and carriers to shepherd business through underwriting review, quoting, binding, and policy issuance while maintaining accurate files and documentation. The position provides foundational experience necessary for advancement into an Underwriter/Broker role through continued technical development and training.
