About this role
Reporting to the Legal Director and a senior lawyer, this role assists the M&A team in coordinating and handling legal aspects of M&A and investment transactions. The position works closely with Corporate Development, Finance, external counsels and other legal teams on operations such as acquisitions, portfolio transfers, joint ventures and capital-investment deals.
