Juvenile Probation Officer

This position enforces the orders of the Berks County Juvenile Court by supervising juvenile offenders to reduce their risk of reoffending and protect the community. The role involves assessing offender risk and needs, developing case plans, and providing guidance and counseling to help offenders become productive members of society. Officers are expected to hold offenders accountable while assisting in the development of their competencies and skills.
