K-12 Counselor

The K-12 Counselor supports students, families, and staff in mental health, school climate, and crisis response under the supervision of the Head of School. This role involves building student support structures, providing mental health interventions, and coordinating with community organizations to enhance student well-being. The position also includes supervising interns, facilitating support groups, and collaborating with school administration to improve attendance and school climate.
