Kafka Platform Engineer

This role involves architecting, deploying, and operating large-scale Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform environments for mission-critical event-driven workloads. The engineer owns the platform end-to-end, including cluster management, security, automation, and observability while partnering with application teams to ensure reliability and performance. Additionally, the position includes mentoring junior engineers, managing CI/CD pipelines, and evaluating emerging streaming technologies.
