Kaimahi Support Worker

The Kaimahi Support Worker provides culturally responsive, recovery-focused support to tangata whaiora and whanau within residential Mental Health and Addiction Services. This role involves managing a caseload, offering practical and therapeutic support, and coordinating care with clinical teams and external providers. The position requires building strong relationships, maintaining professional boundaries, and utilizing Kaupapa Maori and Whanau Ora approaches to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes.
