Kaizen (Fabrication) Team Member

This role supports manufacturing operations and the Kaizen department by fabricating, repairing, and modifying auxiliary equipment. The position involves operating various tools and machinery, including welding equipment and cutting torches, to create and maintain production support items. The team member is also responsible for implementing Kaizen initiatives and maintaining daily 5S standards within the shop.
