Kettle Coordinator

The Kettle Coordinator manages all aspects of the Christmas Kettle Program, including supervising workers, scheduling, and monitoring site operations. This role involves recruiting and hiring bell ringers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate payroll and accounting records. The coordinator works closely with store managers to establish kettle sites and conducts daily orientations and spot checks to maintain program standards.
