The Key Account Manager, Established Accounts owns the commercial success of NorthStar’s existing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) customer relationships within the radiopharmaceutical therapy space. This role serves as the primary commercial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of active biopharma and biotech customers, focusing on retaining and growing accounts through executive-level trust and strategic planning. The position involves leading commercial negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and partnering with internal teams to deliver on contractual commitments.
