Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager at Ipsen Japan is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company's most important pharmaceutical clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. The role focuses on aligning Ipsen's oncology, rare disease and neuroscience products with customer needs to drive sales growth, account retention and long-term profitability. The position reports to the Japan Sr. Alliance Manager & Commercial Lead and supports strategic account planning across hospitals, healthcare institutions and pharmacy chains.
