About this role

The Key Account Operations Manager is a senior member of the Retail Operations team responsible for owning the full operational relationship with Traeger’s largest and most complex retail partners, such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. The role leads end‑to‑end order execution, OTIF strategy, compliance, and chargeback management while partnering with sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless large‑account operations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end order execution for large retail accounts
Lead OTIF strategy and mitigate systemic risks
Drive chargeback reduction and manage deductions
