Key Carrier Coordinator

As a Key Carrier at a TJX Marshalls store, you will serve as an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, leading store operations while maintaining excellence in customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty, delegate tasks to associates, ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, and provide coaching during flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
