Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, primarily performing Coordinator duties while occasionally acting in a leadership capacity to maintain all aspects of the store. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and focuses on modeling exceptional customer service and ensuring operational procedures are followed. The role involves acting as the Manager on Duty, coaching associates, and supporting management in training and safety initiatives.
