Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, alternating between coordinator duties and acting as a Key Carrier to maintain all aspects of the store. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and involves acting as the Manager on Duty to ensure operational procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols are followed. The role focuses on coaching associates, addressing customer service issues, and supporting management in training and store priorities.
