Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, primarily performing Coordinator duties while occasionally acting as Key Carrier to maintain all aspects of the store. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and involves modeling exceptional customer service and acting as the Manager on Duty. The role focuses on ensuring operational procedures are followed, providing coaching to associates, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for both customers and team members.
