Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, acting as a leader who maintains all aspects of the store and alternates between Coordinator duties and Key Carrier responsibilities based on store needs. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and involves modeling exceptional customer service while ensuring operational procedures are followed. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience, coaching associates, and acting as the Manager on Duty to support store performance and safety.
