Key Holder

The Key Holder supports administrative functions and maintenance operations to ensure the property remains in excellent physical condition and operates efficiently. This part-time, on-site role involves groundskeeping, basic property maintenance, and general administrative duties while reporting to the Regional Property Supervisor. The position requires living on-site and maintaining courteous communication with employees, residents, and vendors.
