Key Holder

The Key Holder serves as a trusted member of the retail team, assisting with opening and closing procedures while ensuring facility security during transitional hours. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining inventory accuracy, and acting as a secondary point of contact for Budtenders. The position also involves managing cash handling, processing transactions, and supporting team onboarding and training.
