Keyholder-Full Time

The Keyholder is a non-exempt leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class customer service, managing POS sales, maintaining facility security, and processing merchandise. This position focuses on the efficient and cost-effective operation of the retail store through asset security, customer relations, and accurate cash handling to maximize profitability. The role involves opening and closing the store, handling donations, and ensuring loss prevention and inventory control. The Keyholder also assists in training and adheres to company guiding principles and core values.
