Keyholder

As a Keyholder/Shift Lead at Value Buds, you will serve as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and product education to cannabis consumers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take ownership of daily operations, manage shift logistics, and ensure compliance with federal and provincial cannabis regulations. This role requires leading by example to support both customers and teammates across stores in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
