Keyholder

The Keyholder serves as the face of Fossil, focused on creating a superior shopping experience by building trusting relationships and sharing product knowledge. This role involves taking ownership of daily tasks, meeting individual sales and KPI targets, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. The position also includes responsibilities for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
